About Tom

Originally meant as a part-time business, Tom quickly realized most businesses were paying way too much so he saw the need for lower rates, better service and an honest explanation of how things work. After about 3 years, Tom closed his currency exchange business and started servicing hotels and motels in the Lake Placid New York area. He attended a PAII conference in Saratoga Springs, New York and discovered the wonderful world of Inns and B&Bs!

Location

Tom lives in a small town on the eastern edge of the Adirondack Mountains in Northern New York. The nearest city is Burlington, VT, a 15-minute boat ride across Lake Champlain!

From this location, Tom has helped hundreds of businesses across the country to reduce processing costs, better understand credit card processing, and assist in technical problems.

He is usually available 7 days a week.
